WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All the products have to pass through our strict quality checks. Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. Around 70% of all our orders are handed over to the courier partner within 24 hours.
Once the order is shipped, the estimated shipping delivery times are as follows:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
Rest Of The World: 10-20 business days
Please note that the delivery times may vary during high volume sales, holiday season and during adverse climate conditions at our warehouse(s) or at your location.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The cost of shipping is $4.99 to anywhere in the United States. The shipping is $6.99 to Canada, Europe and all other international countries. Customers may incur additional charges for heavy items and items that require special/additional packing.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
International shipments may incur customs fees or additional taxes. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees. If in case the item is being held by the customs department, you will have to pay the customs fees in order to get it released.
DOES MOTIVATED FREAKS SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?
No, we don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
For now, Motivated Freaks doesn’t ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
We ship internationally to all other countries!
DO ALL ITEMS IN ORDERS ALWAYS SHIP TOGETHER?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won’t fit in there.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
